Leading with confidence: Building inclusive, resilient leadership

Leadership in the charity sector is evolving, with leaders navigating increasing complexity while being expected to create cultures where people feel empowered, included and able to thrive. In this panel, experts will explore what effective leadership looks like in practice and you'll gain practical insights on leading with authenticity and confidence, navigating challenging environments, and creating cultures that bring out the best in people.

Making difficult decisions in difficult times

Charity leaders are facing increasingly difficult choices as financial pressures, rising demand, workforce challenges and a rapidly changing operating environment put organisations under strain. This session will explore how charity leaders can navigate competing priorities, manage disagreement, make tough decisions around resources and people, and communicate difficult messages with clarity and empathy.
